Complete the form to register. Please enter one form per attendee. Tickets are $140 for dinner and dancing or $100 for dinner only or $100 for dinner and dancing for beginners (<1yr). After you submit the form you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.

When payment is received, you will receive a further email that will act as your ticket. Contact us at events.rscdsottawa@gmail if you have any questions.
