Seating Request

Instructions

Fill in your info as the contact for this seating request then add the names of the people you wish to sit with.  There is a maximum of 8 people per table. You may revise your request by submitting a new form. All requests and revisions must be submitted by March 25.  After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your request.

 

We will do our best to honour all requests and will contact you if any changes are required.  Contact us at events.rscdsottawa@gmail if you have any questions. ​
